robotic library

Using BE 9.1 and server 2003 the same as my other servers i get the following error message after re installing BE9.1 The job failed with the following error :
Library error - incompatable storage media detected in robotic library can any one help please

Have you verified the compatibility of the robotic library with the BE v9.1?

Is it detected in windows?

Thank you for your reply Deepali How do i verify the robotic library?? when i right click on it all i can do is refresh?
Ant thoughts would be appreciated

First check in the Hardware Compatibility List for Backup Exec 9.1, if your robotic library is supported. You should have the device and drive manufacturers and model names:

Then check in the Device Manager in the Windows Operating System, if your device shows up as installed.

Then check if you have the latest drivers installed. For the latest drivers:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/273853
