setup does not support this processor type Backup Exec 11.d

I have justed installed SBS 2003 on Intel Quad Core server and received the above message when I try to install
11.d.  According to the KB the issue is suppose to be with the use of 64 OS.  In this case we are just reinstalling the 32 bit version of the SBS.  The Backup Exec compatability wizard shows no issues with the processeor.  What gives?

I just checked the SCL and the only the 32bit version of SBS is currently supported.
