sony AITi390S-3Ex (SDX-800V) not recognized on BE9.1

Hi,
I'm using BE9.1 installed on Windows server 2003 and it don't recognized my sony tape AITi390S-3Ex (SCSI).
I tested with sony and symantec drivers and the support is not recognized. I can't change anything in the properties of the tape (compression, support types...).
Have you a driver or any solution ?
Is this tape compatible with BE9.1 ?
François

v9.1 has been end-of-life since January 18, 2007, so new driver packs will be released

(I do see the SDX-700V and SDX-900V are both listed on the most recent HCL)

if you install the OEM drivers, and if NTBackup can see the drive, then BackupExec should be able to also

Thanks,
I'm going to try but I think that in my first install, i was using OEM driver and BENT 9.1 doesn't recognize the tape...

is it a SCSI interface?

(v9.1 did not support USB tape drives )

Yes I use an internal SCSI interface.
The tape is well recognized by the system (windows server 2003)

Don't know what to tell you, except it sounds like it's time to upgrade BackupExec Smiley Sad
