Hi,
I was working on a customer site i installed windows server 2003 R2 standard edittion and at the end i installed symantec veritas backup exec 11d, previously i've worked with normal tape drive, but this the first time i am installing tandberg 24t autoloader storage library, and the biggest problem is this i don't know how to configur it. i've searched over the internet but couldn't find the solution. the problems which i am facing are
1. it doesn't load media when i start the backup
2. it always fails the bakcup and truns the sotrage library to offline
i am getting the following errors
error 1:

(the storage library is on saprate scsi controller and on random mode)
