trying to install updates

backup exec fails during liveupdate error 1812.  downloaded patches manually and tried to install them.  it is asking for the installation source msi file from when i installed this two years ago from a computer that no longer exists on my network. now i cant update my backup server.  any suggestions?

What version of Backup Exec you are using?

Check the bkupinst.htm log file located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application

Data\symantec\Backup Exec\Logs
