unable to uninstall backup exec

Level 2

We currently have backup exec 10d installed on windows 2003 storage server edition.

when trying to uninstall the application either via add/remove prgrams or via command line using "setup /removeall:" from the install CD we receive the following windows popup box ( shown below as text ) and nothing further happens.  We need to be able to uninstall this product without flattening the server.  does anyone have any suggestions regarding this?

regards

spencer clark.
