updating BE 9.1

If SP2 for BE 9.1 rev.4691 is cumulative ?
I must update to Sp1 before SP2 ?

Hello,

No you can directly apply SP2 to your installation of 9.1. Installation of SP1 is not a prerequisite.
You may install it using the following link.

Next question. When I try applying SP2 , installer after few minutes " ..rolling back.." and do nothing. Why ?
