what is mean allocated date in in backup exe 2012 in storage tab?

The date when the media was assigned to a media set.

The allocated date is the date when the media is last overwritten, not when it is first assigned to a media set.  When a media is already associated with a media set, its allocated dated will still change when it is overwritten.  If the allocated date does not change, then the AP will not work.
