Our Product Management team is looking for feedback on the importance of adding classification and file analysis of NetBackup images. Veritas’ Classification engine includes over 280 policies spanning Data Privacy (ex. GDPR), Healthcare (HIPAA), Financial Services regulation, and Public Sector policies. Customers can also add their own policies to detect company IP and for other purposes. Additional analysis of file metadata will highlight stale data, active data, data growth trends, etc. and can trigger active monitoring of content at source for more significant insights.
