Monitor App and KillApp gone?

We had used MonitorApp and KillApp on our older box which had VCS 3.5 installed

We recently upgraded to 5.0 and these utilities arent around anymore..

Anyone know if there is a new equivlent?

On 3.5 , these were part of the VRTSvcs package and installed in /opt/VRTSvcs/qsbin

qsbin doesnt exist on 5.0

I did see /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/Application/offline and online , not sure if this would work inplace of KillApp but im going to try it..  I havent see anything that may replace MonitorApp

I don't recall qsbin from earlier versions of VCS but surely the generic Application agent should do what you need in terms of starting, stopping and monitoring 95% of applications.
