Outlook PST file backups are failing, when you change the route networ user data folder.

If the NUDF has been changed, has the new location been assigned to the DLO Profile ?
If yes, exit the DLO agent, delete the .settings directory from the affected client machine and then start the DLO agent. Monitor the backups now.

Yes, all profiles were changed to the new route.
I completely uninstall and eliminated the settings of configuraicon on the client computer.

What is the error message ?
Enable verbose logging on the affected client and the DLO server (at the same time to gather matching logs) and run a backup of a .pst file
Post the logs over here.
