What are the difference among these three type of license?

I guess 1st discription is for the product license and  remianing are for the product support.

The ESSENTIAL/BASIC is your type and level of support...anything more than BASIC and you're obviously entitled to a different and higher level of support.

No, you dont' have that...Essential Support is an upgrade to Standard. Contact the licensing department and they will verify this.

Product with 12 months support.

2.) SYMC DESKTOP LAPTOP OPTION 7.5 WIN 1-100 USERS INITIAL ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS EXPRESS BAND S

12 months support but can only buy when purchasing the above product #1.

So if we buy above two products we have product with 24months support.

3.) SYMC DESKTOP LAPTOP OPTION 7.5 WIN 1-100 USERS RENEWAL ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS EXPRESS BAND S

12 months support. buy when the support expires(Above one or two product expires)

I did chat with Symantec CBO Support after that I shared my comments

Zahid: Go contact the licensing department. They are the final authority. Standard support would mean you don't get all the same sort of benefits that you would with Essential support...they will confirm this.

I am neither a licensing expert, nor Symantec employee...

There are two sort of support BASIC and ESSENTIAL.

Definately ESSENTIAL support have more plus than BASIC.

The three products which I mention either they are BASIC or ESSENTIAL, first is PRODUCT with one year support, second is only support but this can only be buy at the time of PRODUCT purchase so this will be one Product and two year support if first two product buy initially, third is the RENEWAL which is support only, which always buy after first one/first two product(s) expired.
