The ESSENTIAL/BASIC is your type and level of support...anything more than BASIC and you're obviously entitled to a different and higher level of support.

No, you dont' have that...Essential Support is an upgrade to Standard. Contact the licensing department and they will verify this.

Zahid: Go contact the licensing department. They are the final authority. Standard support would mean you don't get all the same sort of benefits that you would with Essential support...they will confirm this.

There are two sort of support BASIC and ESSENTIAL.
Definately ESSENTIAL support have more plus than BASIC.

The three products which I mention either they are BASIC or ESSENTIAL, first is PRODUCT with one year support, second is only support but this can only be buy at the time of PRODUCT purchase so this will be one Product and two year support if first two product buy initially, third is the RENEWAL which is support only, which always buy after first one/first two product(s) expired.
