So, I started getting this message on new installs of the DLO 7.5 product. The full message is:
The Symantec DLO license has expired. THe Desktop Agent will remain disabled until the problem has been corrected by your administrator. Your administrator has been notified.
First thing, I am the administrator, and I have not been notified. Second, all licenses are up to date. Here is a screenshot of the DLO Agent:

OK, so I resolved this issue by completely deleting the User, the Computer and the User's backup folder. Uninstalled and reinstalled the DLO Agent software and everything worked like a charm.
Strange error message, I'm sticking by that! But at least the issue was resolved.
