V-138-57364-7 :DLO (Desktop Laptop Option) Client fails to connect to server

Hi!

I have problem connecting to the desktop agent after installing the DLOAgent.

the desktop agent dialog box keeps on prompting an error when i input the credentials of my client.

I already check the registry and add again the user but still same error.

Can I ask for any suggestions?
