Veritas Backup Exec and DLO on the same server ?

I would like to know if Veritas Backup Exec and DLO can be installed on the same server ?

Yes, it is possible to install DLO and Backup Exec on the same server. However, please ensure that you do not use the same SQL instance for DLO and Backup Exec - it's recommended that they each have their own SQL instance for their respective databases.
