Hi,
This issue is generally seen when the user or Automated User Assignment (AUA) for the users is not configured on the DLO Server Console. If the Desktop Agent is launched prior to configuring the User/Users, the error "failed to load configuration setting" is seen.
To resolve this issue, configure the User on the DLO Console or set an Automated User Assignment and relaunch the Desktop Agent.
