Hello,
One of our customer using EV 11.0.1, he inform me they had electircal issues with the system and Ev server shutdown because of that. Then we index was not working, We fix the index removing asp temp files.(https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000021776) But when we start the index it is starting and running but giving Error as in the attachment.
Also we are having search problem warning 41315 you can find as a attachment saying that " Search Failed : Search Engine Fault : Unrecognised
41309 database disk image is malformed
İt is 11 version thats why I couldnt open case.

Hello again,
Select Indexing
Select Manage Indexes
Select Rebuild
Click Next
Select Add, from dropdown select IndexVolume
Widen Location
Search for the e:\index\evindex\xxx_1030 one.
Select that, click Add
Click Ok process through, then monitor task.
That should do it

Hello Can,
As the error suggests, have you tried a rebuild of the volume mentioned?

No I didnt. I am not sure how to rebuild it. I find tthe article about rebuild index. But I am not sure what to rebuild whole index or index of mailbox or E:\index\index1.
