AE view not showing sub-folders. ie Folder A is in outlook with archived emails but when going to AE view Folder A is not there.
When doing advance search through outlook we find emails sitting in Folder A in archive, and we can see its in this folder. But this is not visible in AE. ( Is this something to do with Indexing???
If so how can we fix this ??
Have cleared cache etc and same issue if I use the enterprisevault admin account.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.
We running EV 7 SP2 with outlook 2002\ outlook 2003.
Thanks in advance

Try right-clicking the folder structure in AE and select 'refresh' .

The top of the information store is already set to NULL.
79102 Top of Information Store NULL
When I look at >>Open Internet Explorer and enter the following URL:
http://EVServername/EnterpriseVault/TreeViewXML.asp?archiveid=UserArchiveID&version=1
I cannot find the folder in there as well.
But when doing advance search we can see that the email is archived to Folder A which is not displaying.

I think it's definitely a SQL issue.
You may want to open a case with Symantec for this.
How many Users/Items are affected?

So far only one mailbox has been brought to our attention. But dont know until people go in and check the AE View.
I spoke to Symantec and they advised that this will be fixed in EV8 release later in OCT 2008 , but dont know if there is a patch we can install.

There will be no Patch AFAIK.
EV8 will support this, yes.
It has something to do with moved shortcuts, I believe.
