Accessing Archive Explorer Thru OWA & Juniper SSL VPN

I am having some trouble accessing Archive Explorer through OWA when connecting via a Juniper SSL VPN. I have added the following custom headers in the VPN config, as outlined in this KB and this forum.
  • http://*:80/exchange/*
  • https://*:443/exchange/*
  • http://*:80/enterprisevaultproxy/*
  • https://*:443/enterprisevaultproxy/*)
When I login to OWA throught the VPN (using my network credentials - not a token), I see the Archive Explorer and Search Archives buttons in the left navigation pane and I can use the "Search Archives" option to successfully search my archive. I can open the Archive Explorer and expand the first folder so that I can see the Inbox folder, but when I click on it, no messages are displayed. In addition, when I click any of the buttons at the top of the page (Search, Settings, Help) nothing happens. I have tried both IE 6 and IE 7 and have hit the VPN from the inside network as well as outside. When I access OWA directly and bypass the VPN, Archive Explorer works fine. The rest of my config settings are as follows:
  • Exchange 2003 (no front-end server)
  • Enterprise Vault 2007 (7.5)
  • Juniper VPN SA-4000 Version: 6.0R3.1
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is this technote but it looks like the above advice.

Enterprise Vault Outlook Web Access (OWA) buttons do not display when connecting through a Juniper Networks secure access solution

Details:
Overview:
When a user connects through a Juniper Networks secure access solution with web caching enabled the Enterprise Vault OWA buttons do not display.  A custom header has to be created within the admin console of the Juniper Networks secure access solution to allow custom headers for the resource.

Resolution:
Create a custom header resource policy within the admin console on the Juniper Networks secure access solution.

Create a Web custom header policy:
(Resource Policies > Web > Rewriting > Custom Headers):

Resource:
<http://*/exchange/*>
<https://*/exchange/*>

Action: Allow Custom Headers

More information can be found in the link below on the Juniper Networks site "Creating a custom header resource policy" page.
