Just upgraded EV6SP2 to EV7 SP3
 
Archive Explorer - close (x) button does not work to close have to click the Archive Explorer Button on the toolbar again.
 
Archive Explorer in Cached mode doe not work gets an error message "This command not available when you are working offline" even though you are online.
 
Anyone any idea's

We have the same problem using EV 2007 SP1.  The close button does not work.  It may be related to a Windows update hotfix though, as the close button does work on our Citrix servers, and in a new domain I set up which does not receive the hotfixes.

I have figured this out.  When we installed 2007SP1 add-ins, we uninstalled 6.0, installed 2007SP1, and ran resetevclient.exe.  Running resetEVClient does not register valkyrie.dll properly, and the close button breaks as a result.  Registering this dll manually fixes the problem.
 
Interestingly, if you have 2007SP1 installed and working, running resetevclient.exe will break the close button.  You will have to manually register it again.
