Archive becames Shared

I upgraded to 6 CP4 and discovered that an archive object moved from the Mailbox folder to Shared folder. When I searched the user in the EnterpriseVaultDirectory\Archive table, the account is listed twice. There are two different Root Identities, but they have the same Vault Store ID.
 
How would I go about putting the object back into Mailbox?
