Archive entire mailbox.

How do you archive an entire mailbox?

I have yet to do this, but I learned in class all you have to do is create a new group (example: old_employees) and change the setting in the Exchange Mailbox Policy to 1 day.  You'll need to wait a bit before it sucks everything out, but that's my plan for archiving ex-employees.

I've noticed that highlighting the Mailbox header in Outlook and clicking the "store in vault" icon, it should send the contents of the whole mailbox to be archived.

The only snag i see with this is that any particular preferences enabled for the EV domain will show up once archived, eg: not archiving unread items or items in the Deleted Items folder.
