Archived item opens up blank for additional mailbox added to client

The archived email opens up blank when user tries to open up the shortcut in the additional mailbox added to their profie in outlook client.

The same archived email opens up fine in archive explorer-no issues.

Is there an additional client setting that needs to be changed?

Is it allow script in shared folders as per:

Thanks for your help. The link solution worked.

Here is what we did :

Outlook client - options - other - advanced options -Checked the option "Allow Script in Shared Folders".
