Archiving DFS file system

Hi everybody,

The situation is as follows: we are planning to enable the File System archiving (we already have Exchange and Journal archiving on our EV8sp1 system). However, all file servers are replicating their data to the central DFSR hub, from which it then gets backed up on tape. The File System Archiving will archive the data from each file server (not the central DFSR hub). However, I'm not sure how it will effect the DFSR from then on. If anyone has any idea I'd appriciate the help.

Please be aware of certain limitations of DFS and EV

Have a look at the compatibility list. DFSR is not supported with EV. DFS is but not DFSR
