Archiving Journaling

Q1:

I ceated new archives for journaling the mails archived done successfuly but they dont deleted from the journal mailbox so the size is increasing. how can i modify the settings of the archiving to delete the archived mails.

Q2:

Can I restict the search of the journal archive so the user can search just his/her mails.

1 - Make sure on your vault store properties that you are removing safety copies immediately for journaling.

2 - Pretty sure there's no way to do this I'm afraid.

I Want ask if i understand the Journal Archivig..

I create A journal Global mailBox on Exchange 2007  So All the mails will send to this mailbox when the Evault Archives this Journal and after that delete the mails from Journal and then the user will search the mails from the Evault Search . now does this affect the mails in mailboxes which is related to the Journal ?

users does not have access to Journal archive by default. Users can only access their archives.
