Automatic Mailbox archiving does not work anymore...

Good Morning,
 
We have an issue where  automatic mailbox archiving does not work anymore. 
 
We have EV 6.0 SP4 running on W2k3 SP1 server.
 
I have set my automatic archiving to 30 days.  Nothing has been automatically archived since 4th May '07.
 
When we add new users to EV, it does not seem to automatically grab emails that are 90 days and older (which is our policy for mailbox archiving) for automatic archiving.
 
Please can someone help us regarding this.

Try doing a Run Now in Report mode then open the report in Excel. This will show you what EV is expecting to archive. You could do it against a single user, one who you know has mails that conform to your policy. Once done post the report here.
The report will be in the Reports folder within the Enterprise Vault installation directory.
 
This could be down to a number of possible issues.

We had opened up a Tech support ticket.  The resolution was that the Server Task was set to "report mode" instead of "Normal mode".  When we unchecked report mode, automatic archiving started to work.
