Can't enable a mailbox for archiving Event ID-3138

Hello,

 

Am trying to move an archive but when i try to enable the mailbox for archiving on the the server it's being moved to it fails and i'm getting a 3138 Event ID -  -Agent Client Broker Task.

An error occurred whilst enabling archiving for the mailbox /global mail / first admingroup......CN=Recipients/cn=userx

Error 0x80040115

I followed the link in the error log above and these settings are ok.

The user in question has had a name change and the path in the error points to her old username..could this affect it?

I am able to create an Outlook profile for her using her current name and server details.

Can anyone advise?

can you try running provisioning again against the user and then try enabling after provisioning has complete?

Have run the provisioning task then tried to enable again and got the same error.

Also ran synchronisation against the user mailbox and that was successful. But still can't enable the mailbox for archiving

Anyone have any ideas for what else i can try with this?

Have you tried again recently?  Just curious if the error is still happening for you.
