Can't modify archived items anymore?!?

One of our users have experienced a rather odd problem which I havent been able to sort out.

Normally, when you open an archived mail and modify it, you will be asked if you want to save the new modified one in the inbox.

That specific dialog window never appears with this user, but does for everyone else...

Tried redownloading forms, reinstalling the ev client.. with no success.

Have anyone else stumpled across this problem?

No, unfortunately I don't.

I'm severely out of luck and can't figure out why this error have occured....

Have you tried logging in with this User on another Workstation and test it?
I'd like to know if it is a User or a Workstation related problem.

Michael,

What I know is that the outlook client/ev client apparently has been reinstalled without that having made any difference..

As far as I know this hasn't been attemped on a different workstation.

I could ask the user to test this if you believe that potentially could be the problem.
