Corrupt Messages.

We have a couple of mailboxes that have corrupt messages but the event ID does not give enough info about the message so I can manage or correct them. I get the following event ID's: 3250, 3007, 2299. 2299 is an insufficient memory error which happens for each corrupt message. We are running EV 6.0SP1 on W2K3, using SQL 2000 SP4. I have received these messages over a dozen times each night around AM during the scheduled archiving task.

In the mailbox policy advanced settings you can configure EV to mark such items as do not archive so that they don't appear night after night.

You should implement the fix dodo is referring to, and fix the actual MSMQ bug you're running in to. Try this regkey to up the kernal memory of msmq:

"KernelMemThreshold"=dword:0000005F
