Has anyone had a user get this before when trying to open a vaulted email?

Hi,

That looks like an error that is getting pass back to us.  I just did a google of it and got a lot of results.  So I'd go down that path to see what the resolution is

Anything in the client log? is it for a particular message class? how widespread(one,many users)?

Looks like this might be a false alarm. The user (its only 1 at the moment) sent me a screenshot and I saw no EV buttons in outlook. I think she got a new desktop and did not install the client.
