Creating a Non Archive Folder

I'm sure this is possible.  But can't remember from my course how to do it.

I'm looking for a way to create a Do Not Archive Folder with a no archive or retention policy and place it into everones Account once we enabling them for Enterprise Vault

We are running exchange 2003 and EV8 SP3

something tells me evpm is required

you are right, EVPM is required, its in the utilities guide and i think it has DoNotArchive as an example

Yes, EVPM is the way to go

it will look something like this:

[Directory]
directorycomputername = myserver
sitename = MySite

[Mailbox]
distinguishedname = all

[Folder]
name = \My Folder
filtername = DoNotArchive
OverrideArchiveLocks=true

But if I run it just now and then enable more mailboxes do i need to re-run it

Yes, you will need to re-run the scripts.
