I have ran the Auditviewer utility, I found the below log entry.

Could you please explain: "DELETE FROM AdminJobEntry WHERE AdminJobEntryId : 1002A74A488AE514A9A141C0BD6FA05AA1p10000xx-xx-xxxx"

In Ev 8.0 Environment.

Could you explain further what you want to know?

AdminJobEntry are Enterprise Vault internal jobs which run automatically.

Hi Michel,

Thanks for the mail,

I woud counld not get what it means..

"DELETE FROM AdminJobEntry WHERE AdminJobEntryId : 1002A74A488AE514A9A141C0BD6FA05AA1p10000xx-xx-xxxx"

1. It means that Admin has deleted the mails from users mailbox or Admin has deleted the mails from admin mailbox.

2. How to identify with the Job Entry ID 1002A74A488AE514A9A141C0BD6FA05AA1p10000xx-xx-xxxx what it means.

3. Any docs available to understand (Saveset ID, Jobentry ID, Archive Id)...

Hello Srini

No, this is not something the Administrator has done.
There were no E-Mails Deleted.

This is just an "Automatic" job which Enterprise Vault generates, nothing the admin can with it.
As this job was deleted, there is no more AdminJobEntryId in the Database.

There are no docs for this, as it is an "internal" function.

in a sql query you can run select * from adminjobentry

and see what the job type is and job description.

Well, as the actual actual audited entry was "delete" for this job, I don't think it's in the database anymore... :)
