Disbale the archive function to one user

Hi

If I need to disable one user archive function which the user have been left .How to do this ]

Is only delete his mail box on Archive ,but need I del it  how abut orginal thing in the vault ?Is also all delete on

the same time ?

are you deleting the exch mailbox as well.

do you want access to this archive after the person has left.

different scenarios. do you want to delete entire archive, all contents and any reference to this users archive. If yes, go ahead and r-click archive and delete. This delete will however rely on what storage you are using and if there is independant storage retention categories on the storage. there is also a 14 day lag on the data as well I think.

if you just want to disable archiving from a particular archive, just disable it through the console icon on the top toolbar, next to enable mailbox. You can then keep the exch mailbox, or re-assing permissions to the archive to someone else.
