Does EV User Extensions 7.0 support Outlook 2010 Windows 2008 x64

Hi, I'm new to EV, so this is probably an obvious question. I've got a client running Enterprise Vault 7.0. Their current Outlook clients use the EV User Extensions 7.0.3.2513. However they're now in the process of implementing a new XenApp farm with Outlook 2010 on Windows 2008 x64. From my reading of the Compatibility Charts, this combination is unsupported on any current version of EV. Is this correct? Cheers, Duncan

Outlook 2010 is not supported by Enterprise Vault as yet. There are a number of SYMC posts on the forums stating that support will come in this calendar year though.

In short your v7 clients are never going to work on Office 2010, you will need to upgrade to v9 (unreleased as yet)

EV9 will not support outlook2010 at release, Symantec will try to release EV9.01 at the end of this year with support for Outlook 2010.
