EV 8.0 sp3 Outlook Add-in

We're currently running EV 8.0 sp2 with a handful of users who have the Outlook Add-in installed. I will be deploying this Add-in out to the remaining 1200 clients over the next couple of weeks, but before I do I wanted to confirm the following:

1. Does sp3 come with a newer version of the Outlook Add-in, and if so what are the advantages of deploying that out instead?
2. If I deploy the existing Add-in (that came with sp2) will this cause any issues once the server is upgraded to sp3?

 Yes, the 8 SP 3 version of EV comes with a new add-in.  No it won't cause any problems if you use the existing 8 SP 2 addin.  

The most noticable change in 8 SP 3 client (which requires 8 SP 3 server too) is virtual vault.
