We are using Enterprise Vault for 10.0.4 for Exchange. As I am aware EV does not support Vault cache functionality on MAC machines. We will have to rely on search.asp. Does EV – 11 provides any functionality of Vault cache for MAC users? Or any road map from Symantec on this?
EV 11 provides something even better - IMAP access to the archive. no need to mess with the EV client on the mac. use whatever mail program you want and access your archive via IMAP. same thing on your iphone, ipad, etc. it's splendid.
