EV Reporting Site Not Displaying Report Options

We have just installed EV Reporting and are unable to access SQL reports with our EV Reporting user account.  I can login & access reports on my http://myserver/reports web page with the EV service account and also the user acct for our SQL databases.  But, when I login with our EV Reporting user account all I get is the Home page WITHOUT the Symantec Enterprise Vault link.  This tells me it is probably a permissions issue,  but I can't find it anywhere.  Does anyone have any ideas for us?

EV Server - Win 2008 SP2 (64-bit)
SQL Server - Wind 2003 SP2 (64 bit)
SQL 2005
EV 8.0 SP3

That is expected behavior.  The reporting account is just intended to be used in the report configuration process.  If you want to use that account you can add it to a role that has the right to reports like the Power Administrator.
