I've been tasked with doing an acceptance backup plan for our enterprise exchange project. Our Vendor's said that blowing away a server is out of scope. The system is still in build phase.
The environment is an EV cluster. What I'm trying to work out is what I can legitimately test in terms of EV restores without taking major chances of killing EV and causing a project delay. E.g. does restoring a test sql db like northwind prove anything with EV or not?
Any ideas, links or some kind soul who could share a test plan would be really appreciated. Cheers.
