EV integration with HP Trim

Hello there,

We have users who have been dragging and dropping shortcuts in their mailboxes from HP Trim via a 3rd party application that has been designed for this sole purpose, and they are unable to open those shortcuts unless we grant the user permission to the owner's archive.

I understand that this is a default behaviour in EV, however do we have an option to bypass this via Trim?
Also, I want to know if EV has an integration with HP Trim 7.3.5 in either the latest or upcoming versions.

I suppose you could give everyone access to each others archives but other than that, you would defeat the purpose of permissions if they could simply be "bypassed".

having said that, the 3rd party application should behave differently. it should have access to the archives via  a service account and it should retrieve the original item and store it in Trim instead of the shortcut.
