EV6SP1 and NetBackup

We set netbackup to migrate old archive, but we get this error..
The 3rd party Migrator application 'NBU Migrator' has logged the following message:

Failed to send file (error 00000011). Check the NBU Activity Monitor.

The fact is in activity monitor backup koj is successfully completed (0) with no file backup...!
If some have an idea ;0)

Have you resolved this issue? What version of NBU are you using? Were there any other EV messages in the Event log next to this one?

Have you ever been able to move the old archives to tape? Also a storage migrator license is required to use the Net Backup plugin. Are you sure you have a valid license for that?

I've only set this up once but if I remember correctly you have to have a Net Backup profile setup for EV first before you point the collector to your netbackup server.

Ok just a small very late reply, because i get this error too in EV 2007 SP3, the NBU client name must be the physical one and not the EV Alias.
