EV9 Migration question

looking for some help and advice on doing a EV Migration

We have EV9 running on a Windows 2003 Server for a Customer and want to move this over too a New Windows 2008 server

What is the best way too approach this one

Build and install EV on it and join it too the existing evsite

But how is the best way to move all the vault stores and indexes and re-add them on the new ev server

Just reading through it and some of it make me more worried lol

Since we are moving from x32 to x64 os at the same time

and the install would be on the drive d instead of drive c

but all the data would be on the same drive letters as before
