My goal with EVPM is going to be to create an Archive folder in the mailbox that will have a specific policy applied to it so that users can drag mail into it for next-run archiving. My problem is that the enabled mailboxes in EV will only be a small subset (1200 out of 19000 users), and there will be no specific pattern or attribute in AD for these mailboxes. In the [mailbox] section of an EVPM ini file, it appears that I can only specify an LDAP query or the distinguishedname attribute. Is there an easy way to have it only do the mailboxes that are enabled for archiving? And, since the mailbox section is optional, if I leave it out will it assume that it applies to all EV-enabled mailboxes? I was going to use distinguishedname=all, but that applies to ALL mailboxes in Exchange (not just the EV-enabled ones). The customer doesn't want the Archive folder created in users' mailboxes that aren't enabled for archiving. Thanks.
