Enabling Offine Archiving

Hello Folks

I have a laptop which has exactly the same policies applied to it as other PC's, it resides in the same OU withing the Active Directory, the user has the same properties as all the others.

MS Office 2003 is deployed voa group policy the same as all the other computers in the company.

The problem I have that although Outlook is operating in cached mode - the KVS Offline Vault menu does not contain the Offline Vault Options.

Anyone any idea's

Did you enable the offline vault via policy or regkey? Do you have the appropriate licensing?

Offiline vault is enabled in the KVS policy - all the other computers get it OK when in cached mode its just a couple that dont - there seems absolutely no differnce to me in the build of the computers - I find it quite baffling

Try starting Outlook in an Offline mode.

what version of the client are you using? Lite or full?
