Hello together,
a customer has the following problem, which mentioned in this technote:

You can see in the IndexRebuild Log the following error for a few items:
Classification error encountered whilst trying to fetch item. Error number:0xC0047196
After the rebuild the index volume is marked as failed.
Any ideas how we can fix this. The main solution is that the index volume no longer fails.

readme has:
The Veritas Information Classifier did not classify items that Enterprise Vault archived without converting their content, such as encrypted items. Enterprise Vault marked these items as missing items in the archive's index volume. The same items were successfully classified and added to the index volume if you used the Microsoft File Classification Infrastructure (FCI) feature rather than the Veritas Information Classifier.
