Enterprise Vault 10 forward archived items issue

Hello,

I have a small situation :

Windows Server 2008 environment, with Outlook 2003, 2007, and Symantec Enterprise Vault 10.

I understand that when I try to drag and drop or attach an archived Outlook item to a new message will only attach the shortcut and not the original message.

But when i want to forward an archived item, with Outlook 2010 is not in exchange cache mode, forwarding does not work, by right clicking - forward or trying directly forward from the tab.

On the other hand in Outlook 2003, forwarding from the menu works with cache mode enabled or disable, but not with right clicking.

Please make sure the setting "Forward original item" is set to Original in your Desltop Policy (select Outlook setting).

It is already set to Original.

You don't say which version of the Outlook Add-in you're using.

I just tried with Outlook 2010 in cached mode, and without cached mode, using the 10.0.3 Outlook Add-in on Windows 7, and the forward behaviour works fine.

Outlook add-in version : 10.0.3 on most clients, and a couple with 10.0.1.

And that particular part of the trace is coming from which Outlook Add-in version?  Have you got the complete trace?

This trace is 10.0.1, but unfortunately I cannot obtain the entire log.

Okay, well, as shown above it isn't a problem with the 10.0.3 Outlook Add-in.

And I just tried a 10.0.1 client, and didn't see the behaviour either.

Further I *only* see the trace "attachmentadd" when I drag and drop an archived item on to a new email.  I don't see it all when I forward one or more items using Outlook.

I'd suggest clarifying the steps, and getting full traces.
