Hello,
My vault server is http://archive.contoso.local but Vault Add-in started to point at OWA location for some kind of reason (https://owa.contoso.com), also it can't synchronize.
Where i can modify these settings?
Thank you,
Kriks

Hi Kriks,
EV always uses default webApp Url which would be your EV Server Alias (if defined one) or hostname /enterpriseVault
Are facing issue with Outlook.
Please provide us a client trace log to see whats doing wrong.

Hi Kriks,
You may also check proxy's settings in desktop policy.
(Advanced Tab on Destop policy properties windows)

Hi,
Vault site alias is archive.contoso.local and proxy settings are in default values.
When i look at the network traffic after i press "synchronize", then first it goes to https://achive.contoso.local and then to https://owa.contoso.com.

kristjan, can you set the EV client logging to high in Outlook and post a copy of the logs after you try to open an archived item from outlook?

you can refer to the following article

Kristjan,
Is it possible that a there is a TMG server or something that is forwarding the requests to the other URL?

Hello,
I got the addin working correctly (ssl was turned on on EV settings), but i still can't figure out, where the redirection to OWA ( https://owa.contoso.com ) came from.
Thank you all for help.

we're kind of shooting in the dark here with no idea what your environment looks like and no logs to analyze. now that you got the addin sorted out do you still want to work on this?
