Hello MingHar,

From the licensing guide:

File System Archiving, Archiving and Search

Per User

A User is someone who creates or has access to files under management by EV. A User is defined as an Active Directory accoun

The license details says PER USER, So 400 users access to archives and not based on TB. A User is defined as an Active Directory account, thats were you need to check.

Hope this helps !!

Hi MingHar, Symantec EV licensing is based on the honor system. There's no builtin mechanism to check how many licences you've used and the product isnt limited if you go over, you just need to let Symantec know on a regular basis so you can true up.
