I was using the utility to display what policies are assigned to a mailbox. The utility indicated that it could not find the mailboxes. There are 2 mailboxes affected. There are vaults for the mailboxes in EV. Both vaults have some archived mail in them. EV recognises the existence of the vaults, but not the mailboxes assigned to them. Both mailboxes are not in a provisioning group although they were at one time. I did not want to reprovision them because I am not sure if new vault will be created and then there will be 2 vaults for each user.
Any help on getting the vaults to be reassigned to their users mailboxes would be great.
Running EV 9.0.4 on server 2003.
