I currently have FSA in place on a number of Microsoft 2003 Clusters. However there is one in particular that is giving me trouble. When I run an archive in report mode I get the following:

However, when I run it Archive mode I get errors:
\\headfop002v.cld1.tld.int\S$\Users_S\walsh_le\KVS_Test_datc\Word Documents\ESS800 Procedures\AIXRefSheet.doc42496ESB Volume PolicyDocument_Archive_RuleARCHIVE *** Error *** - Error making file: \\?\UNC\headfop002v.cld1.tld.int\S$\Users_S\walsh_le\KVS_Test_datc\Word Documents\ESS800 Procedures\AIXRefSheet.doc a placeholder file. Access is denied.
OR
Documents\ESB Phone List.xls32256ESB Volume PolicyDocument_Archive_RuleARCHIVE *** Error *** - Error making file: \\?\UNC\headfop002v.cld1.tld.int\S$\Users_S\walsh_le\KVS_Test_datc\Excel Documents\ESB Phone List.xls a placeholder file. The file: \\?\UNC\headfop002v.cld1.tld.int\S$\Users_S\walsh_le\KVS_Test_datc\Excel Documents\ESB Phone List.xls cannot be made a placeholder as the placeholder service for file server: \\headfop002v.cld1.tld.int is not available
I've reinstalled the File Placeholder Service on all nodes in Cluster, I've checked all permissions, the VSA has FULL Control over all shares.
