Currently running EV9.0  and I'm trying to run some of the FSA Data Analysis reports but i get the following error

When I go to the Duplicate Files I get this error

There is no data to display. To use this report you must set 'CheckDuplicates' parameters to True. For more details see Enterprise Vault reporting guide.

I've confirmed the table entry is set to True

Have you rescanned after setting this value to true?

What version of Enterprise Vault exact version are you using? EV9 base? SP1? SP2?

On the EV Server if you open the registry and go to the following
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KVS\Enterprise Vault\FSA\Reporting\TempFilePath

(if its a 64bit server, you will have to go to \SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Enterprise Vault)

If you note the directory that its going to , browse to it and see if you any *.xml and *.out files
The *.out files can be extremely large and if there isn't enough room for it to grow, then the check won't complete and if it doesn't completed, then it will say there is no data to display as you've already seen
